We are thrilled to announce a series of Cabinet of Wonder concerts at Symphony
Center in Chicago featuring Miss Natalie Merchant, musicians from the Chicago
Symphony Orchestra and special guests, conducted by James Bagwell!
There will be two concerts for Chicago area pre-K and Kindergarten school groups on Friday, May 8, 2026. For many of these children, experiencing this music live will be the culminating experience of a year-long Cabinet of Wonder partnership that includes in-
depth exploration of the program, as well as classroom visits by theater teaching artists and orchestral musicians. Visit the CSO website for tickets and information about these very special events.
On Saturday, May 9, there will be two public concerts for families with young children.
Attendees are encouraged to learn the Cabinet of Wonder songs in advance and come
ready to sing along with Miss Natalie and the musicians!
